We do not run a hotel; instead we offer you a place with a quiet, peaceful nd rustic environment. For making everyone’s stay comfortable we have some house rules please ensure you read and fully understand the house rules before you make any reservation. If anything is unclear, you may contact us so we can explain in further detail.
Food and Beverages are served only in Dining area. There is no room service; eatables will not be served in rooms.
Breakfast: 7:30 AM to 10:30 AM
Lunch: 1:30 PM to 3:00 PM
Dinner: 7:30 PM to 10:00 PM
Freshly prepared meals from our kitchen are provided. We are unable to provide any servers after 10:00 PM.
Smoking is allowed.
Pets are not allowed.
The number of guests cannot exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
In Winter season, traditional heating system known as "Bukhari" will be provided for use, on charge basis. It will be provided only in the living room area and in certain properties only.
Bonfire is only permitted in garden area and is chargeable. In case of snow & rain, we will not be able to entertain such services.
Any illegal activity, including the use of narcotics and prostitution etc. is strictly prohibited.
Please do not dump waste, tissue papers or anything which may cause of blocking toilets or water channel. Please turn off the lights & water taps in case of no use.
Washing of clothes inside the bathrooms is strictly not allowed. We have equipped all our properties with Washing machine which can be used by the guest freely. Also we do provide laundry service available as per requirement which will be chargeable.
A valid photo ID is mandatory for each individual guest upon arrival.
Any breakage or damage by the guests of any items in the house will be charged at actual.
We are not responsible for any loss or theft of valuables left open & unsecured.
Lightning candles or any fire items inside rooms are not allowed.
Guests are expected to maintain decorum during stay. Every other in-house guest needs their privacy & wishes to enjoy.
We can provide meals to drivers (Chargeable) but we don`t have accommodation facilities for drivers.
Guests are earnestly requested to treat the homestays with care like their own homes. It is our utmost priority to maintain them properly however the guests are requested to immediately notify the owner of any maintenance problem (if any), so that the situation can be remedied as soon as possible.
Reservation will only be confirmed after receiving the 20% advance payment of the stay duration, against bank transfer/ cash deposit. Kindly check the availability with us before making any advance payment.
Anytime after 11:00 AM on the day the guest reservation starts. Early check-in allowed with prior consent and availability.
Anytime before 11:00 AM on the day the guest reservation ends. Late check-out allowed with prior consent and availability.
Cancellations are not accepted over the phone. All cancellations must be made in writing.
In case request for cancellation of reservation is received before 30 calendar days or more in advance before the scheduled date of check-in, 100% of the advance taken will be refunded.
If the request for cancellation of reservation is received between 15 to 29 days, 30% of advance taken will be refunded.
No refund will be given, if the cancellation intimation is received less than 15 days before the date of arrival.
Reducing the length of stay on arrival will attract retention/ penalty charges for full length stay.
Cancellation upon Arrival/ No-show/ Early Departure/ Change of Dates/ Partial Cancellation will be treated as Cancellation. No refund will be given, 100% retention will be chargeable.
